PARKING LOT PAVING
PARKING
LOT WILL BE CLOSED IN APRIL
We are
excited to announce that the Clubhouse parking lot will be paved, new curbing
will be installed, and the concrete walks and steps to the Management Office
will be replaced.
The
project is scheduled to begin on April 8th and is expected to be completed by May
3rd; however, this project could be postponed due to weather, and go
further into May. This project will
require the temporary closure of the Clubhouse parking lot for the duration of
the project. During this time, Residents and guests that
park at the Clubhouse regularly will need to utilize the parking cut-outs along
Morgandale Drive. Please do not park in Clemens,
Christopher, or Brunswick Courts unless you live in those courts. We understand that this may cause
inconvenience, and we apologize for any disruption this may cause.
The recycling containers will be placed on the
grassy area on Morgandale Drive right outside the entrance to the parking lot
(near Christopher Court). Please do not
leave loose recycling outside of the containers and break down your cardboard. If the containers are full, please bring it
back after the recycling containers are emptied on Mondays and Fridays.
If you
absolutely need to visit the office during this project, please park on
Morgandale Drive and walk carefully on the grassy area to get to the
office. However, we highly recommend you

This
paving work is essential to maintain the integrity of the parking lot and to
provide a smooth and safe surface for Residents and guests. We will provide
regular updates on the progress of the project to keep Residents informed.
