Dear Resident:
If you haven't filled out and submitted your 2024 Census Form, please do so by April 12th. If you submitted your Census Form already, and requested pool bands, your bands will be delivered the week of May 6th. Off-site owners must pick up their bands in the Management Office after May 10th. The pool will be open on weekends only starting Saturday May 25th, and then full-time on June 10th.
The Census Form can be conveniently filled out on-line. Just click on this link:
http://www.morgandalecondo.com/, log in, and then go to the menu that reads ‘Forms - Electronic'.
Homeowners are responsible to submit the Census Form; therefore, if you are a tenant, please contact your Landlord to ensure that this form is submitted in order for you to get pool bands.
If you prefer, you can still submit the attached paper 2024 Census Form, please scroll down and click on 'Download File Now'.
If you do not receive pool bands by Monday, May 13th, please contact the Management Office.
