Good Morning
Morgandale Homeowners,

Please find attached
the original Budget Letter and Approved 2026 Budget. Please note the
Association fees will increase $15 per month, thus increasing the Association
fee to $292 effective January 1, 2026.

We thank
those of you who attended the Budget Hearing on November 20th and those of you
who attended via Zoom.

We wish you
and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday!  We are thankful for all
of you.
