Morgandale Homeowners and Residents,
With snow
forecasted for this weekend, we want to review our plan of action for this
particular storm.
Minor
Snowfall (2.5' predicted)
Salt will be
applied by the end of the day today to all road surfaces. Calcium
chloride is being applied to all sidewalks, trash enclosures and mailbox
clusters.
Depending
upon the actual type of precipitation, snow may be cleared using our blowers or
other methods; however, it is not expected to be a plowable event. Of course,
you can expect Management to be watching the weather carefully to adjust our
plan at this time.
A complete
snow plan will be published early next week.
Please use
your best judgment when traveling overnight Saturday into Sunday afternoon. With these extremely cold temperatures, surfaces will freeze.
