Morgandale Homeowners and Residents,
The
Management Office will be closed until 1:00 pm on Wednesday December 17, 2025
for Associa's Holiday Brunch in the corporate King of Prussia Office. I will return to the office immediately
following the brunch however the maintenance staff will be on site from 7:45 am
until 4:00 pm. If you have a maintenance
emergency please dial 215-368-6350 and I will be contacted and the staff on
site will respond immediately. If you
have an administrative matter, please either send me an email at carol.richard@associa.us or call me
after 1 pm.
