Afternoon Morgandale Homeowners and Residents!
You may notice a representative from
Montco Fence will be on site tomorrow, taking measurements of privacy fences
and also taking pictures. This pre-construction work is required before
the Privacy Fence Project can begin. Management is aware of this and approved this
inspection.
Additionally, you may notice our
maintenance staff of Brad and Matt on site tomorrow morning at 7 am inspecting
manholes on Morgandale Drive with our engineer Jeff Wert. These
inspections are necessary as we work together with Towamencin Township on
Inflow and Infiltration matters. Management has approved of this
inspection as well. Please be cautious however to ensure you give the
staff and Jeff Wert all considerations while driving tomorrow morning on
Morgandale Drive.
