Morgandale is centrally located in the middle of Montgomery County with easy access to the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s Northeast Extension. Morgandale has many recreational facilities, such as a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball courts, tot lot, walking path, and wide-open spaces. The clubhouse has a full size kitchen, home theater system, fireplace, pool table, and a lending library.
Morgandale obtained and holds the coveted rating of GOLD STAR COMMUNITY as designated by CAI - Community Associations Institute, PA Delaware Valley Chapter.
