Good Day Morgandale Homeowners and Residents,
On Behalf of the Council for Morgandale and Associa
Mid-Atlantic we must announce the retirement of Jill Geiger, CMCA, AMS, PCAM,
General Manager, as of February 14, 2025. We are thrilled for Jill
however it is with very mixed emotions that we share this news. Jill has
been the General Manager at Morgandale for 18 years, and has consistently
performed in the most professional manner possible.
As we endeavor to locate a replacement for our Jill, we
assure all of you that the operations in the Management Office will remain the
same as you have come to expect. Marilyn Tarves, CMCA, Assistant
Manager will continue to perform her amazing duties and I will be on site in
the Morgandale management office throughout the transition time frame.
